Every problem starts as a free-body diagram or a sketch, every time. Once the picture is right, the equation writes itself — and panic never gets a foothold.
Dimensional analysis makes sure the answers make sense. Students learn to check with units so that everything is correct conceptually and numerically.
Half of "physics trouble" is really algebra, trig or calculus trouble. I tutor those too — so the actual hurdle gets fixed on the spot instead of dragged along.
